A look inside the custom spaces we’ve brought to life.

79TH PLACE PROJECT

Project 79th Place was a full transformation of a once-simple home office into a custom, floor-to-ceiling built-in workspace designed for both beauty and everyday function. Our clients wanted a space that felt intentional, elevated, and tailored to the way they work and live within their home.

To bring that vision to life, we designed and built a seamless built-in system featuring a custom desk, integrated cabinetry, and floor-to-ceiling shelving. Every element was carefully planned and constructed — from the fluted design details to the clean trim transitions — to create a cohesive, built-in feel that looks like it has always belonged in the space.

Built with efficiency and craftsmanship in mind, the entire system was fabricated off-site to streamline installation and ensure precision. Over two install days, the space came together with cabinetry, shelving, trim work, caulking, and detailed paint finishes that elevated the entire design.

What was once a basic office is now a refined, functional workspace that feels both intentional and inspiring. The finished built-in not only maximizes storage and usability, but also completely redefines the room as a standout feature within the home.

Project 79th Place is a reflection of how thoughtful design and detailed craftsmanship can transform everyday spaces into something truly custom and lasting.

Project Kester was a complete reimagining of a once-basic library into a statement space designed for both beauty and everyday living.

Our clients wanted more than standard shelving — they wanted a room that felt intentional, elevated, and deeply personal to their home.

To bring that vision to life, we transformed the space with a 13-foot custom floor-to-ceiling built-in, thoughtfully designed to feel seamless within the architecture of the home. Every detail was carefully considered, from the custom cabinetry and integrated storage to the rolling library ladder that adds both function and character. What was once a simple room is now a warm, refined space that feels as though it was always meant to exist this way.

The finished library not only creates a striking focal point within the home, but also reflects how our clients truly wanted to live in the space — comfortable, collected, and connected.

Project Kester is a perfect example of how intentional craftsmanship and thoughtful design can completely transform the feeling of a home.

PROJECT KESTER

OTSEGO PROJECT

The Otsego project was a full interior update designed to bring new life and cohesion to the home. Our client wanted a refreshed space that felt clean, elevated, and thoughtfully finished.

Throughout the project we completed a number of upgrades, including repainting the garage, main living areas, and upstairs, installing all new doors and trim, updating the kitchen with new cabinet fronts and countertops, creating a custom coffee station, and completely reworking the staircase with a modern steel railing.

The result is a home that feels brighter, more refined, and intentionally finished — with details that elevate everyday spaces.

WAYZATA PROJECT

For this project, the homeowners wanted to transform an underutilized room into a warm and functional gathering space for everyday living. We reimagined the area as a custom breakfast nook designed to feel both inviting and built specifically for the home.

The centerpiece of the space is a 14-foot custom L-shaped bench, thoughtfully built to maximize seating while creating a cozy focal point for the room. To complete the transformation, we painted the entire space and added custom casing to the entryway, giving the room a more finished and intentional look.

The result is a bright, welcoming breakfast nook that blends seamlessly with the home while adding both character and functionality.

HIDDEN LIBRARY PROJECT

For this project, the homeowners wanted to transform their existing cabinetry into something far more distinctive and character-filled. We removed the original cabinets and reimagined the space as a Ralph Lauren–inspired built-in library, designed to feel rich, timeless, and custom to the home.

The new built-ins feature detailed trim work and carefully placed sconces that add warmth and depth to the space, creating a cozy library feel.

To add an element of surprise, the standard door leading to the upstairs loft was replaced with a custom Murphy door, seamlessly blending into the cabinetry while providing hidden access to the space beyond.

The result is a one-of-a-kind room that combines craftsmanship, character, and a subtle hidden feature — a space that feels both elevated and uniquely personal.
